Chase began his entrepreneurial career at the age of 25, post-NFL career, with his first company Helping Hand, LLC, which provided moving, cleaning, and apartment turnover services for college dormitories and student housing complexes. Since its launch, Helping Hand, LLC has provided services nationwide to a number of universities and recently shifted its business model to focus on security guard services, becoming a franchise where Chase awards franchisees around the country with Helping Hands businesses. The company has generated over $15M in revenue over its lifetime and created thousands of jobs nationwide. Through Helping Hand, LLC, Chase champions minority entrepreneurship by offering franchises for free or at a discount to people of color and providing the resources and one-on-one coaching to help them scale, sustain, and grow their businesses under the Helping Hand umbrella.
Chase is also the founder of Gard Technologies, which leverages AI to revolutionize public safety with two key products: Gard and Pathpal. Gard optimizes security operations from hiring to monitoring, incorporating AI for reporting and geofencing. Pathpal enhances public safety by routing users along the safest paths, using real-time data from nearby security guards. Together, these products enhance security efficiency and public safety.
